Job Title: HR Advisor
A fixed-term full-time opportunity for 12 months is available in VIC or SA locations, with a hybrid working environment that includes WFH and the office.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional HR Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term full-time basis for 12 months. This role will support and advise our managers, supervisors, and employees in all people management and workplace relation matters.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Case Management: Manage all people management matters, including performance and attendance management, discipline, grievance, fitness for work, and workers' compensation cases.
2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organisational policy and legislative requirements.
3. Support and Coaching: Provide support, advice, and coaching to an assigned portfolio of the business, assisting managers, supervisors, and employees in effective performance development activities and processes to maximise employee effectiveness and ensure compliance with legislation and policy.
4. Team Support: Provide support and advice to other HR Advisors within the team to ensure consistency, development, and application of best practices within the HR Advisory team.
5. Industrial Relations Expertise: Provide effective expertise, support, and advice to business leaders regarding industrial relations matters to ensure organisational compliance with employment law and relevant legislation.
6. Policy Development: Monitor and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Industrial Relations environment to advise the organisation on any changes, recommend appropriate courses of action, and amend and develop relevant policies and procedures.
7. Project Support: Provide support and input to relevant projects, as identified.
8. Workforce Planning: Participate in workforce planning and supporting cultural change and development.
9. Analysis and Research: Undertake analysis, data collection, and research of relevant industrial instruments, as directed.

* Computer Literacy: Demonstrated computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, calendar management, and presentation software to create effective documentation and correspondence.
* Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are desirable in order to contribute to business unit objectives.
