For more information on salary sacrifice and what that might look like for you, Click here.About The Role:The Applications Specialist is responsible for providing application subject matter expertise, analysis, support and maintenance.You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for:Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues, ensuring alignment with the ITIL service management framework for incident, problem, test, change and configuration management.Directing and governing comprehensive release management processes including; test plans, test cases, summaries, system testing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Continuous improvement activities – including collaborating with end users to document business requirements for custom development and system integration projects.Utilizing advanced T-SQL to develop, generate, and optimize user-driven reports, using integrated reporting tools as well as external platforms such as Power BI.Vendor management – ensuring vendors are compliant with Service Level Agreements.Leading high level issue resolution, managing collaborative relationships with technical specialists, vendors, and stakeholders.Developing and maintaining user guides, troubleshooting documentation, knowledge base articles, procedures, and training materials; providing system user training as required.Who We’re Looking For:You are an experienced Senior Applications Specialist with strong communication skills. You are able to work with a variety of stakeholders with varying levels of technical competence. Your experience working within aged care will enable you to relate to our internal stakeholders and provide relevant support. Experience with Epicor Seniors Living Solution (SLS) or other Aged Care Billing and Financial applications is highly desirable to thrive in this role.Further Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:Essential:Degree qualification Information Systems or similar field, or equivalent experience.At least 5 years’ experience in supporting Epicor SLS or other Aged Care Billing and Financials Application.A solid understanding of Retirement Living and Residential Aged Care Funding/Billing.Understanding of basic accounting practices.Desirable Experience:Experience with D365 FinOps.Previous experience in a similar position with another Aged Care Provider.Intermediate T-SQL skills with the ability to develop reports using integrated reporting tools as well as external platforms such as Power BI.ITIL certification.Require:A current National Police Certificate – or the ability to acquire.Working with Children (Blue Card) – or the ability to acquire.Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire.Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust, Wise Stewardship and Safety.To ApplyTo apply for this position please click the Apply Button.
