Coordinate tradespeople for remote visits and obtaining quotes for vehicle maintenance and improvements. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all site/store Managers. Work with Divisional representatives to overcome maintenance and repair issues and work closely with Finance team to ensure appropriate cost allocation per Division. Undertake all purchasing, expense management, and asset management through the established procedures. Support individual business units with purchasing decisions. About You:Exceptional organisation skills; Understanding of procurement processes; Highly effective interpersonal skills; Proficient written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin; Experience coordinating contractors who are operating in remote areas; An intermediate level ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite; Internal sales experience is highly desirable.
