Our role is a 0.4FTE part time position with shifts Thursday 7:30am - 4pm and Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm at Cabarlah Health Centre. As a Health Clerk, you’ll make a positive impact by: • Maintaining electronic and hard copy health records • Inputting health data to health and personnel management information systems • Communicating and liaising effectively with internal and external customers, including other health services/ facilities to obtain patient information as required • Providing reports from databases when required to assist with the achievement of unit key performance indicators • Filing medical documentation • Participating in auditing of health records About ADF Health Services In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. This includes providing defence-ready clinical and support staff across 45 on-base locations, ensuring that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care. About Cabarlah Health Centre Cabarlah Clinic is located within Borneo Barracks, 14km north of Toowoomba. The barracks is home to the tri-service Defence Force School of Signals’ Electronic Warfare Wing and has approximately 250 members. The Clinic provides primary medical, dental, nursing, mental health and physiotherapy services to the base. Clinic staff may be required to work across Cabarlah & Oakey. Standard operating hours of the centre are generally 0700-1630 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements).
