About the role Our client are global leaders in the logistics industry that is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst/Finance Business Partner to join their team. Initially, this role is starting as a 9 month contract, but has a genuine view to become permanent or be extended. The responsibilities Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for: Drive the preparation of key management reporting deliverables for Corporate Finance and Australia Executives Business partner with other divisions to achieve short-term and long-term goals Analyse business performance trends and drivers to understand variances between actual, budget and forecast. Play a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes and contribute to making these processes value-adding, effective and efficient for all stakeholders Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders internal and external to the finance team and respond to ad-hoc information and analysis requests. Enhance communication of financial performance to non-financial stakeholders and drive efficiencies and automation of reporting Actively participate in our corporate team by helping to facilitate finance education and information sharing.
