an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their exceptional sales team working within a brand new display centre in Melbourne's South East and working as a brand ambassador for the companies higher end product range and working closely with a higher net worth client base.Purpose of the role:The primary responsibility of the New Home Sales Consultant is to facilitate the sale of a broad realestate.com.au marketing budget provided.Hours of Operation: Saturday-Wednesday: 10.00am to 5.00pmKey Responsibilities of the Role:Exhibit an established knowledge of Construction Codes & Practices, including but not limited to Knock Down Rebuilds, Residential Code and New Development Guidelines.Working with job-specific software: namely Hub Spot CRM, GeoSite and Framework.Becoming familiar with base price of available company designs, specifications, inclusions, promotion, and pricing.Becoming familiar with the differentiating products, features and benefits of building with the company in the context of other industry competitors.Being motivated to generate leads via an exponential level of expertise that can be adapted in both "boom" or "bust" property markets.Ability to customise designs & communicate clearly to the builder and documenting alterations to ensure accurate pricing.Understanding of all construction paperwork including master drawings, quotations, siting specifications, block inspections, land requirements, finance qualification documents and land contracts.Be capable of managing Real Estate.com.au listing portfolio and client relationship databases with the view of compiling a significant sales pipeline, for the purpose of surpassing set sales targets and other key performance Indicators.Maintaining the presentation of displays via daily internal & external spot checks.Assisting/recommending clients with various finance options.Sourcing land for clients maintaining strong relationships via weekly visits to land agents.Ensuring sales office and land sales centres are stocked with marketing material and house and land packages.Conducting walkthroughs of the display homes and homes under construction with potential clients.Guiding clients through the new homebuying experience, ensuring you ask the correct questions, and you provide appropriate information on all tender documentation to maximise the likelihood of a seamless journey from tender through to contract signing.Follow all of the companies procedures & processes as outlined in the 'Sales Consultant Manual & Workflow' document.Role Requirements:General
