Job Title: Affiliate Performance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Performance Manager to drive affiliate and lead generation activities across both local and international markets.
This role is integral to building and scaling affiliate partnerships, working closely with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Analytics) to optimise performance and drive high-quality leads beyond traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Affiliate Strategy: Develop and implement an affiliate strategy focused on driving lead volume, revenue, and profits. Establish clear KPIs and align affiliate efforts with overall business goals, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
* Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate networks, agencies, and key partners. Lead negotiations to optimise affiliate performance, including lead quality, pricing, and volume agreements.
* Performance Optimisation: Oversee the execution of affiliate partnerships, ensuring performance targets (CPL, leads, sales, profits) are met. Collaborate with internal teams to scale affiliate solutions, optimise lead validation processes, and provide support to affiliates to maximise performance.
* Campaign Reporting: Manage reporting channels, track affiliate performance, and analyse results to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide insights on campaign success, detect anomalies, and ensure targets are being met.
Key Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a performance-based affiliate role.
* Expertise in performance marketing, including certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads (preferred).
* Solid experience in managing affiliate marketing campaigns, ideally within the financial services sector.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and budget oversight skills.
* Proven ability to analyse data, optimise campaign performance, and drive ROI.
* Experience in project management and creative testing.
