About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our trans-disciplinary Key Working team on a part-time or full-time basis (ongoing, permanent).
As part of the role, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying and prioritising goals tailored to each child and family, integrating these goals seamlessly into the family’s daily routines and activities.
* Empowering the child's family, educators and key individuals with the knowledge and strategies to support the child's development, inclusion and participation across their everyday settings (such as the home, educational, care or community setting).
* Delivering therapy and support within the child’s everyday settings, leveraging the combined expertise and resources of the broader allied health and educational team.
* Collaborating closely with family members and key individuals in the child’s life to create strategies that support developmental progress, ensuring alignment with the child’s individual strengths, needs and learning environment.
* Coordinating with the child’s broader team of allied health, care, and educational professionals to deliver consistent, cohesive, and family-centred therapy and support.
* Providing families with guidance on navigating the NDIS, connecting with community resources, advocacy, and emotional support, ensuring they feel informed and empowered.
* Tracking the child’s developmental progress, making adjustments to the Family Service and Support Plan as needed to support ongoing growth and goal achievement.
What we're looking for
We’re seeking an experienced allied health professional (Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, or Physiotherapist) with a background and experience in paediatrics who is collaborative, innovative, and shares our commitment to empowering children and families.

Requirements
* A Bachelor of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
* At least 2 years’ clinical experience working within their specific allied health discipline with a predominant paediatric caseload (desired)
* Member of Speech Pathology Australia or AHPRA
* Current Working with Children’s Check (Employment)
* Police Check
* Current Driver’s License and reliable, comprehensively insured car
* Ability to register for a Medicare Provider Number
