The opportunity for an additional Assistant Development Manager has emerged within the SA office, with a focus on both Oakden Rise and William Lakes projects.Villawood Properties is well known for its community focus in all its endeavours and has received more than 20 industry awards across community engagement, master-planning, design, landscaping, environment and lifetime achievement. The Villawood SA project portfolio includes:a successful development partner for the 52-hectare Oakden Rise site – unlocking significant benefits from one of the last large-scale infill development opportunities in metropolitan Adelaide;William Lakes, a 1,700-home development at Gawler Belt, north of Adelaide and part of the Roseworthy Township Expansion;a premium built form development at Seacliff Village;Morphettville Redevelopment project in partnership with Host Plus and SAJC.The Assistant Development Manager reports to the Senior Development Manager assisting in the development and management of Villawood’s property assets to achieve the company’s strategic and commercial objectives including project planning, sales, design and infrastructure build.Applications are encouraged from candidates with a tertiary qualification in construction, property development, civil engineering, project management, finance or a related discipline.
