About The RoleAs a Garden Maintenance Officer, your role involves maintaining green spaces, tending to gardens, and ensuring outdoor areas are visually appealing and safe. You'll handle tasks such as pruning, lawn care, hedge trimming, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning (single storey only). Additionally, you'll collaborate with other team members, adhere to safety protocols, and contribute to the overall beauty and safety of our Clients' properties.Respect client privacy, preferences, and dignity while delivering exceptional gardening maintenance services.Report any client health or environmental concerns to the Client Relationship Coordinator.Pruning, lawn mowing, weeding, tidying overgrown gardens, mulching, hedge trimming, and proper plant care.Cleaning windows and gutters (single-storey only), sweeping paths, and removing cobwebs.Duties may include minor household tasks such as installing batteries in smoke alarms, replacing light bulbs, and securing fittings.Collaborating with experienced team members on landscaping projects.Identify and report safety issues, maintenance concerns, and non-compliances promptly.A commitment to safety and a clean work environment.Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and concerns.Provide exceptional customer service, especially when working with elderly or vulnerable individuals.About YouPossess 2+ years of experience in the landscaping or gardening industry.Horticulture qualifications are preferred but not essential.Current NSW driver's licence.Valid NSW Working With Children Check clearance.Strong communication skills, autonomy, and professional conduct.Time management and problem-solving skills.Demonstrate empathy and understanding toward vulnerable members of our community.Foster a collaborative environment, actively supporting and encouraging colleagues in achieving their goals.Value ongoing learning and innovation.About 3 Bridges3 Bridges is a dedicated For Impact organisation that aims to enhance the well-being of individuals across all life stages.
