We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead Coco's Kitchen + Bar, room service, and minibar teams. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, you will help create unforgettable guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. From overseeing daily operations to managing budgets and ensuring cleanliness, your leadership will be vital in preserving our reputation for excellence. Job Description As Restaurant and Bar Manager, your role goes beyond day-to-day operations; you'll orchestrate seamless events, contribute to strategic meetings, and champion a culture of excellence. Guiding recruitment, training, and development efforts, you'll inspire your team to embody Accor's Vision and Values. By managing inventory, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, you'll drive continuous improvement, elevating guest satisfaction and service standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership by motivating, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver outstanding service. Manage inventory, equipment, and stock takes to ensure operational efficiency and control costs. Oversee and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards through a regular cleaning schedule. Monitor financial performance, ensuring accuracy in billing, cost control, and achieving financial targets. Recruit, train, and develop a knowledgeable team, ensuring they are well-versed in the menu, allergens, and promotions. Qualifications Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of operational success. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, enhancing the guest experience. Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for outstanding food and beverage service.
