Compensation: $16.20 per hour

Your Role:
* Welcome with a Smile: Greet every member by name and create a warm, positive experience from the moment they arrive.
* Engage & Assist: Use your strong communication skills to answer questions and assist customers with product selection, ensuring they have everything they need.
* Keep It Clean: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café area that reflects FFC’s commitment to superior service.
* Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately, ensuring that the register reflects all sales and services.
* Food & Safety: Follow all food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures according to local, state, and federal health codes.
* Prepare Delicious Treats: Craft food and juice bar items following company recipes to delight our members.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with your teammates and supervisor, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to keep the café running smoothly.

* Food Safety Certification: You must obtain an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate within 30 days of employment (at your own expense).

Our Commitment to Hospitality:
