About the roleGoldpack Pty Ltd trading as Optimal Medication Solutions is currently seeking a full-time experienced Pharmacy Assistant / Production Officer to work with us from our Myaree office in Western Australia.The Pharmacy Assistant / Production Officer reports to the Production Manager and Pharmacy Operations Manager to ensure that packing schedules are followed, monitoring of inventory levels, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments, providing training to staff members and assisting production to maintain an efficient process.As a Pharmacy Assistant / Production Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations during afternoon/evening shifts and meeting customers' delivery deadlines. Additionally, you will also be responsible for ensuring that your team is adequately supported to provide exceptional and technical product servicing throughout our Western Australia region whilst complying with Quality Care Pharmacy Program Standards.You will be responsible for the day-to-day production of medication packing, working closely with the Production Manager and Pharmacy Operations Manager to ensure that our corporate pharmacy clients receive premium grade products in an efficient and timely manner. This position is responsible for allocating resources effectively to support successful client services and operational outcomes for our business.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes:Demonstrated ability to understand, prepare and apply company policy and procedures to organisational processes and external engagement.Strong team management skills, including the ability to coordinate resources effectively, as well as demonstrated experience in implementing sound workplace organisational practices.Well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide client support for Optimal Medication Solutions products.Developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to develop effective working relationships to impact change.Results-oriented and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.Skills in using a range of information and communication technology (ICT) systems (including the Microsoft Office suite) and the ability to learn new ICT systems and processes as required.Previous experience in aged care or hospital pharmacy preferred.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.Minimum 2 years of pharmacy and/or production/manufacturing experience.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.Salary: From $65k to $70K + Superannuation.Ready to make a meaningful change?If you feel that you’d be a great fit for this exciting and rewarding role, click “Apply” now.
