This pivotal role combines outstanding customer service, efficient administrative support and the rostering of care staff to ensure seamless delivery of client services.The day-to-day responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the rostering of services, ensuring alignment with client preferences, required skills and support worker availability.Oversee and manage the re-rostering of staff to cover unplanned absences.Communicate with key stakeholders to confirm and action new service requests efficiently.Collaborate with care advisory staff to address and resolve any concerns related to clients and support workers.Act as the central point of contact for clients and support workers regarding rostering matters, providing timely and professional communication.Monitor and manage services outsourced to contractor providers, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.Provide thorough handovers to colleagues on any pending rostering actions to ensure continuity and follow-up.Promptly attend to and professionally respond to all client and staff inquiries.Collaborate with relevant staff from other departments to gather information and resolve rostering-related or client-specific issues.Address and manage client and staff complaints in line with Fronditha Care policies, contributing to a resolution-focused approach.What success looks like for this role:Minimum two years’ experience in rostering and administration, preferably in the Aged Care Sector.Cert III in Business Administration or equivalent.Tertiary qualification in community services, health, or a related field.Exceptional negotiation skills when engaging with internal staff and external stakeholders.Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and rostering software.Proficiency in Greek language is desirable.Why choose with Fronditha Care?Fronditha Care is driven by our ethos of providing a Bounty of Care that extends to our clients and employees.Above award pay with annual pay increases under respective Enterprise Agreements.Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum of pre-tax income.Meal and entertainment benefits up to $2,650 per annum.Benefits available through Fronditha Care’s superannuation partner.Gender neutral paid parental leave of 6 weeks.Ability to purchase additional annual leave.Enhanced leave entitlements for employees covered by respective Enterprise Agreements.Learning and development, career pathway opportunities, communities of practice and other learning programs.Access to our health and wellbeing program including EAP support for personal and professional assistance.Access to modern, culturally sensitive facilities and cultural diversity celebrations and events.Annual Bounty of Care awards to honour staff service and dedication.At Fronditha Care, we have a proud history of providing high quality care for our elders.
