Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research to track trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
* Create marketing materials and digital content consistent with the shopping centre's branding.
* Control annual marketing budget to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
* Assistant Marketing Manager with shopping centre experience looking to step up into a manager's role.
* Existing Marketing Manager with shopping centre experience.
* Strong experience with digital and social media marketing strategies.
* Able to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community.
