Received apprenticeship training in commercial cookeryProficiency with diverse food preparation techniques and cooking equipmentSuccessfully completed a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship, gaining comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, particularly in café, hotel, or high-volume settings, along with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of relevant liquor lawsFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysAbout YouYou are passionate and creative, willing to share your skills and expertise in guiding and shaping those who are new to Black Bar & Grill.
