Executive Assistant
Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support team.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant through to the Chief Executive, the primary role is to provide a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Medical Officer and other Executive Directors as required.
Key responsibilities include coordination of meetings and diaries, drafting high level correspondence, managing telephone and face to face enquiries, preparation of reports & agendas, minute taking and ensuring quality reception function within the Executive Suite.

We are looking for candidates with:
6. Extensive experience providing support to Executive Directors
7. Outstanding organisation and daily management skills
8. Ability to assist with medico-legal processes
9. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
10. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written communication skills
11. Advanced proficiency in the MS Office and Adobe suite of products
12. Attention to detail
13. Ability to anticipate, maintain and respect the requirement for confidentiality
14. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
