We employ up to 160 indigenous and non-indigenous workers across a number of different services operating out of Maningrida.Your focus will be ensuring best practice across all aspects of HR, including employee relations, company culture, recruitment/induction, termination, policies & procedures, reporting & analytics, WHS, training, risk management, workers' compensation, performance management, reviews, remuneration & benefits, investigations and HR compliance.As part of our organisation and senior leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and be instrumental in leading HR initiatives across BHAC.
