We are currently seeking an outgoing, reliable sales consultant who is confident and an exceptional networker. This role focuses on fostering and managing customer relationships by thoroughly understanding and researching their needs. You will identify how our products can best support them, ensuring all interactions are efficient, timely, and lead generation, Identifying potential customers and engaging with them through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
What will you be doing?
1. Build Strong Relationships: Foster connections with existing customers and explore new business opportunities.
2. Understand Customer Needs: Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses to identify how our products can best support them
3. Regular Follow-Ups: Conduct meetings and follow-ups to educate customers on available options.
4. Drive Sales: Ensure customer interactions lead to successful sales of Business Wise products.
5. Scheduled Meetings: Plan and attend regular offsite meetings to keep customers informed about product benefits and services.
6. Resolve Queries: Address customer queries and complaints with clear, transparent information.
7. Identify Improvements: Spot business process improvements and opportunities.
8. Maintain Records: Keep accurate account details and log new and existing customer information daily.
9. Retention Programs: Implement retention programs monthly to maintain customer loyalty.
10. Market Research: Conduct research to identify and refine target markets
To succeed in this role, you must be a proactive, organized, and personable individual who thrives in a sales environment, ideally with experience in a similar position.
