The Role: Provide administrative support to the GP & PC unit of the CQRA group in the Department of Health including developing and tracking and reporting systems. You will need: Provide administrative support to the GP & PC Unit of the CQRA group in the Department of Health, including working directly with the Director GP & PC and project teams. Be a point of contact for the GP & PC Unit in relation to professional colleges, grant and other applicants, administrators, and practices. Provide executive and program support to the GP & PC Unit and the wider CQRA Group as required. The Team: The GP & PC unit is a statewide team that incorporates the work of the Tasmanian Rural Generalist Pathway Coordination Unity, the Single Employer Model Program, and the General Practice Rural Settlement Incentive Program. It provides professional advice and representation regarding General Practice, General Practitioners, and Primary care across the Department of Health including to the Minister. Position Details: Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of approximately two (2) years. Note: hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
