Enterprise Risk Managers are key to designing and oversighting Suncorp's risk management approach across the Group.
This high-visibility role specifically focuses on riskernance and reporting to the Board, Board Riskmittee, and the ELT, as well as oversight of strategic and emerging risks.
What you'll do
3. Drive a strategic approach to the Board Riskmittee and supporternance processes that deliver on the Chair's expectations.
4. Write and ensure delivery of high-quality reports to the Board and BRC including CRO Monthly Reports, Group Quarterly Risk Reports, and Enterprise Risk Reports to the ELT Non-Financial Riskmittee.
5. Oversight risks to Suncorp's business plan.
6. Oversight emerging risk including strategic disruption risks across the Group.
7. Oversight risk management of subsidiary and joint venture entities.
What you'll bring
8. Tertiary qualifications in finance, risk,merce, or related discipline (mandatory).
9. Post-graduate qualifications (desired).
10. Minimum seven years' relevant assurance/risk managementpany secretariat experience.
11. Proven experience working effectively with senior management.
12. Executive-level report writing and an eye for detail.
13. Strongmunication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
14. Professional services experience desirable.
