The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager for the efficient day-to-day operation of the asset.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Provide technical and operational process support
2. Establish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders
3. Preparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wide
4. Assist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex management
5. Ensure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is provided
6. Intermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internals
7. Managing contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservation
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
1. Strong communication skills & attention to detail
2. Strong financial acumen
3. Manage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;
4. Experience with NABERS and BEEC - advantageous
5. Experience with preventative maintenance scheduling
6. Proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
