Job Description
The Alfred Trauma Registry Manager will support the Trauma Program, focusing on performance monitoring, quality improvement, education, and research. The role requires strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide trauma data to The Alfred Trauma Service, Victorian State Trauma Registry, and Australian and New Zealand Trauma Registry.
* Support the Trauma Program in performance monitoring, quality improvement, education, and research.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:
* Essential competence in relevant computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
* Relevant Post Graduate qualification, preferably at the Master's level.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* Demonstrated initiative and self-direction.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role.
