Competitive hourly rate with allowances + benefitsDue to the growing need for cloud services, digital transformation initiatives, and a commitment to sustainability, our NSW team is expanding and is in search of a seasoned Data Centre Supervisor for a full-time, permanent role.In your role as a leader of an onsite team, you will oversee various projects, inspire the site workforce, and promote a culture of learning by mentoring technicians and apprentices. You'll ensure clear communication and provide effective work instructions with a drive to emphasise our company values. Additionally, you will play a key role in project planning and execution, which includes developing and managing schedules, overseeing material control, and assisting in labour forecasting.Prioritising safety, you will ensure adherence to all WHS and Quality Assurance standards while making certain that technicians and apprentices clearly understand their roles in delivering the highest level of service.
