Our client is a Boutique practice that provides a broad range of accountancy services to a wide selection of clients ranging from SME’s to large companies and High net wealth individuals.
This highly reputable accounting practice is seeking a motivated Intermediate Accountant with a passion for business services and taxation. You will continue to gain experience in Business Services and Taxation while being trusted with more client exposure, complex and challenging work. Joining a supportive and collaborative team your key responsibilities will include:
* Preparing financial statements for all entities including companies, partnerships, trusts, and superannuation funds
* Preparing tax returns for the above entities as well as individuals
* Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
* Taxation advice
About You
* 3+ years experience working in a local public practice
* Excellent communications skills – both written and verbal
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to research tax issues as required
* Personal and team skills – ability to work well with different staff / clients / stakeholders
* Degree qualified and commenced or looking to commence CA
