We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our innovative residential projects in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
* Handle variations, claims, and disputes with confidence
* Monitor progress, costs, and risks to keep projects on track
* Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders from site managers to architects and clients
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Requirements
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or similar field
* 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in residential or commercial construction
* Proven track record of managing projects from start to finish
* Great communication skills and ability to negotiate, collaborate, and get things done
* Proactive approach and strong attention to detail
