* Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the adoption of new technologies across the organization to improve learning outcomes and delivery.
* Develop and execute organizational change and technology adoption plans for EUX's strategic programs.
* Work with your team to drive the creation and achievement of the EUX strategy.
* Manage the people impact of proposed changes and projects, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
* Create effective content across various channels reaching the desired target audiences.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date knowledge management platforms.
* Understand and manage people-related benefits and risks.
* Develop customer journey maps.
* Engage with stakeholders to develop effective relationships and influence successful delivery of change initiatives.
* Provide feedback to the EUX team to improve the platform.
* Undertake tasks assigned by your manager.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in technology adoption and change management.
* Demonstrated experience in content creation or social media management.
* Possess knowledge of industry-standard methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR.
* Facilitate workshops, present virtually and face-to-face, and coach stakeholders.
* Translate technical documentation to business language.
* Deal with ambiguity.
* Communicate complex information clearly.
* Experience dealing with resistance and customer-centric approach.
