About the role Logan City Council is currently looking for an aquatic supervisor to work with and guide our dedicated aquatic centres team. You'll work alongside our exceptional Aqua Logan Coordinator and manage, operate, coordinate and market our programmed activities. Things we'll trust you with Day-to-day management of pool plant operation & maintenance; trouble shooting & problem solving all things relating to the safe & efficient running of the aquatic centre(s); Leading, supervising and rostering staff, while developing and coordinating programmed activities for multiple aquatic facilities; Assisting with monthly financial reporting; Proactively ensure WH&S Policies and "Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations (RLSSA)" are maintained at all times.
