Luxury Fragrance, Field Supervisor - Oceania | Sydney
We are working with an International luxury fragrance retailer for their Field Supervisor position. Managing the Australia, NZ and Pacific Islands.

About the Job: The Oceania-based Field Supervisor ensures sales growth by executing animation plans, visiting stores, coaching staff, and managing merchandising. This role requires understanding market dynamics and adapting in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
1. Set store sales targets and schedules.
2. Manage budgets and team shifts.
3. Arrange store materials and monitor competition.
4. Support In-Store teams for retail success.
5. Ensure proper stock levels and merchandising.
6. Build relationships and solve operational issues.
7. Manage POS materials and orders.
8. Assist in hiring and motivate teams.
9. Provide coaching and motivation.
10. Conduct online training sessions
11. Managing areas: Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands
What we’re looking for:
12. 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational FMCG or Luxury company within the Travel Retail channel.
13. Experienced in Trade Marketing/Operations in retail.
14. Preferably with experience as a Beauty Consultant/ Brand Ambassador earlier in career.
15. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel and Word
17. Customer focused and results oriented (i.e. Understanding of business dynamics and sensitive to premium market brands)
18. Ability to build relationships and interpersonal sensitivity
19. Decision making/problem solving skills
20. Willing to travel
