About the Role
This position is instrumental in driving growth and long-term success of Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management business by developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain production of thought leadership content from concept to publication on both morganstanley.com.au and Seismic LiveSocial.
* Provide high-quality marketing support to Financial Advisers, enabling them to effectively position themselves with clients and prospects.
* Contribute to attracting new business by supporting pitch and proposal processes.
* Produce digital and printed marketing materials for websites, social media, client presentations, brochures, and flyers.
* Support major strategic projects within the Sales Management and Marketing Office (SMO) team, including drafting internal and external communications and managing reference guides.
* Implement projects outlined in the marketing strategy.
* Collaborate with the events team to draft and review event invitations, ensuring all client-facing materials adhere to firm brand guidelines.
* Manage relationships with creative agencies, mail houses, and printers.
* Maintain adherence to relevant risk, legal, and compliance obligations.
Requirements:
* Ability to write and edit content for diverse audiences, translating complex concepts into accessible language.
* Exceptional grasp of grammar, punctuation, and style.
* Competency with digital marketing platforms, particularly online publishing and content management.
* Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* In-depth understanding of wealth management and financial advice concepts.
* Familiarity with financial markets and economics.
* Knowledge of investment products and structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business or marketing discipline.
* Proven experience in marketing or communications roles, preferably within the financial industry.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with the wealth management industry.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum.
