Job Summary
Drive sales growth and expand market share in the ANZ Pacific region as a Senior Account Manager. Foster mutually beneficial partnerships with key distributors and resellers, and lead training initiatives to ensure customers effectively adopt new technologies.
About the Role
* Manage relationships with major distributors and resellers across the Pacific region to build loyalty and drive account retention.
* Understand unique customer needs and provide tailored solutions to increase sales and expand market share.
* Lead training and onboarding initiatives for customers to ensure effective adoption of new technologies.
* Oversee contracts with distributors and resellers to ensure year-on-year growth and compliance.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
* Develop and implement sales strategies that meet regional needs and achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, meet client requirements, and provide exceptional after-sales service and support.
About You
* Proven success in account management with a strong track record of sales growth and account retention in the medical or healthcare sector.
* Extensive experience managing large distributors and resellers in a B2B sales environment.
* Exceptional commercial acumen with a proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
* Strong relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
* Tertiary qualifications (minimum Bachelor's degree).
