Job Description
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technology, you will join a energised, high performing team who value their customers and love what they do. You will initiate and nurture long term relationships with Technology leaders and Software Development professionals, infiltrating the industry and building your brand as a subject matter expert in the field.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing relationships with clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
* Understanding client recruitment needs and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
* Negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Attracting top talent through effective candidate engagement strategies.
* Guiding clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Collaborate within your team and wider business, particularly your contracting counterpart to maximise cross selling opportunities and motivate each other to achieve outstanding results.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be an Experienced Recruitment Consultant from the Agency industry with a strong track record of performance in recruiting Software Development professionals.
* You will have a growth mindset, with with a high desire to break open new business and gain market share.
* You will be a collaborative and energetic team player who will contribute positively to team, office and company culture
