The Role We're looking for a friendly and passionate People & Culture Systems and Insights Partner to join our team. The P&C Systems and Insights Partner will be the key conduit between HRIS/HCM systems, P&C Operations and the school. Part of this role will be responsible for developing and executing a roadmap, assisting in the delivery of the People and Culture strategic goals and use reporting tools to help leaders make better people decisions. This maternity leave cover will be a 12-month full-time, fixed-term opportunity based at our Glen Huntly Office. Key Duties Oversee the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the HRIS/HCM system Support the team and assist with providing day-to-day systems support including compliance requirements Provide consultative and advisory support to business users and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery Analyse data, create reports and design and build new custom reports using standard HRIS/HCM reporting functionality Partner with Senior level stakeholders to gather and interpret data into meaningful and actionable workforce insights and trends Proactively provides input to improve the change management strategy Skills and Experience Experience working with Backend HRIS /HCM Systems, any exposure to Workday would be advantageous A previous Background in HR System configuration, Compliance Requirements, Reporting and understanding how reports are built using data Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business terms The ability to Partner and Advise stakeholders while building strong relationships within the school Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
