As the Project Manager, you’ll work with designers, civil engineers, and construction administrators to bring to life complex commercial and industrial works along with masterplanned communities, contributing throughout the project lifecycle. This role will see you:Being the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring complex challenges and problems are managedTaking overall responsibility for design delivery including resource management of designers and coordination of other disciplines, both internal and external to SpiirePreparing tender and contract documentationCollaborating in the design approval processManaging invoicing, planning, tracking project health and mitigating potential issuesOver time, take on leadership responsibilities such as manage, develop and mentor others, growing into a Team Lead role.About youYou are a seasoned Civil Engineer with a proven track record successfully delivering land development projects and associated infrastructure. You thrive in an environment which provides you with a breadth of responsibility and role diversity.
