Sign-on bonus Key Responsibilities: Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring timely delivery of services. Provide essential speech pathology/occupatioal therapy services to participants in schools, homes, and the local community. Utilize clinical observations and standardized assessments to create individualized treatment goals. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Mentor graduates and early-career clinicians, if in a senior role. Stay informed about current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance. Qualifications: Current certified practising membership Post-graduation experience minimum 1 year Strong time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload. A proactive and motivated approach, eager to innovate and learn from new experiences. Desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment. A genuine passion for the disability sector.
