Responsibilities Connect with clients via phone and email to assist with overdue invoice management Guide clients through our online credit management platform Process payments and maintain accurate account records Support clients in maximizing the benefits of our credit management tools Identify opportunities for clients to improve their collections process Collaborate with our collections team to ensure optimal outcomes Provide exceptional customer service with target response times under 5 minutes Requirements Extensive experience in customer service
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions
Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work AEST business hours
Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable is preferred
