Client Relationship Manager
In this pivotal role, you will enhance WTW's presence in the Perth Health & Benefits (H&B) market by building on recent successes and expanding our market share.
The Role
* Develop a comprehensive sales plan for H&B in Western Australia to meet new business targets.
* Provide exceptional service and support to existing H&B clients.
* Nurture and maintain relationships with insurers, clients, and key stakeholders, professionally representing WTW.
* Forge internal relationships with General Insurance Brokers in the WA office to integrate H&B solutions with existing and potential clients through Request for Proposal (RFP) processes.
* Establish strong relationships with senior members of the H&B team, including the General Manager WA, Head of Sales H&B, Managing Director H&B, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
* Industry-related qualifications and a relevant business degree, which are highly desirable.
* Proven proficiency in sales, driving sales initiatives, and identifying and closing out opportunities.
* A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as the sole H&B Consultant in the State.
* In-depth knowledge of a successful sales process, particularly in Group Risk and Group Medical, which would be highly regarded.
* Proven experience in sales and service in the H&B or related market.
* A robust network and understanding of the Western Australian financial/benefits market.
* Tier 1 qualification is essential.
