This pivotal role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operational involvement across all areas of people and culture, including recruitment and onboarding, industrial and employee relations, learning and development, health and safety, and inclusion and diversity.In 2025 you will lead two transformative projects that will shape the future of our workplace: developing our first Gender Equality Action Plan and managing our Enterprise Bargaining negotiations.You will drive key projects and deliver initiatives that promote a safety-first culture, enhance collaboration and teamwork, and strengthen capability and accountability at every level.
