Job Summary
This is a Robotic Product Specialist position within the Joint Replacement team. The role will be based in Canberra and may require occasional travel.
The ideal candidate will have work/study experience in the healthcare space, including recent graduates in health/biomedical/medical/engineering fields, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses, fitness trainers, sports physiologists, and healthcare workers.
The Role:
* Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to customers in complex knee or hip operations.
* Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in using Stryker products effectively.
* Prepare preoperative CT data for Mako cases by using software for segmentation and planning.
* Translate 2D images into 3D space for use in reality and on the robot.
* This is a purely clinical role with no sales activities involved.
Skills and Experience:
We will provide extensive training on the Mako robot to ensure you are fully equipped for consulting in surgical procedures. No specific experience is required, just a passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
