This helps us to delight the 600 million people who enjoy our drinks every day.ABOUT YOUR ROLEThe National Inventory Manager (Neverfail) plays an integral leadership role responsible for setting the strategy and implementation of our end-to-end Inventory and Planning processes across the Neverfail business. In this role, the National Inventory Manager (Neverfail) will oversee the implementation and ongoing management of a central repository for all Finished Goods, including Bottles, Racks, Coolers and other Ancillary products stored in both the warehouse and at the customer.Leveraging their strong commercial expertise, this role will maximise NSR and positive EBIT outcomes by immersing themselves into the S&OP process, ensuring appropriate upweighting of Inventory to support both Sales growth and Logistics optimisation initiatives. In addition, this role must establish and implement mitigation strategies for business risk associated with Inventory in accordance with CCEP’s guidelines, policy, and performance metrics.Working closely with the Neverfail Control Tower and Functional teams, you will also be responsible for ensuring ongoing System Improvements support strong Inventory Management principles and actionable outcomes associated with Stock variance and write-offs. Communication, leadership, negotiation and influencing skills are essential, along with your ability to effectively manage and build strong working relationships with key decision-makers and key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be a collaborative and outcomes-focused individual who will work closely with both your sales, finance and operations team counterparts and broader Neverfail community.WHAT YOU WILL BE alignment:Build, develop and maintain strong relationships and understanding of Neverfail customers and how to deliver the best outcome for each customer.Understand and anticipate the changing needs of our customers and support the development of strategies to respond to these.Build a customer centric culture that delivers the right outcomes for our customers and maximises revenue performance for Neverfail.Create best practice process for managing and reconciling of Inventory at customer sites (including Agents).Develop and implement process improvement, as well as training for the Neverfail community, that enables accurate traceability of finished goods from warehouse to customer.Planning & Strategy:Develop a central repository for all Finished Goods, including Bottles, Racks, Coolers and other Ancillary products stored in both the warehouse and at the customer.Develop ordering principles and timelines, that enable Production Team to order bottle and rack inventory that ensures consistent delivery of S&OP.Ensure stock on hand (finished goods) of 3+ days is maintained by the Logistics Team in accordance with the central plan, at each warehouse, that enables consistent delivery of S&OP.Develop a Cooler Refurbishment E2E program that ensures appropriate stock on hand in each warehouse, for each SKU, including regional warehouses.Protect Neverfail assets, brand, employees, and resources.Commercial Acumen:Clear KPIs (incl. volume / profit) linked to Neverfail objectives.Understands industry dynamics and possible implications for CCEP.Literacy and fluency in systems and data.Interpreting data to develop insights.Forecasting / demand planning of inventory needs.Strong involvement in the S&OP process, ensuring appropriate upweighting of Inventory to support sales growth and route optimisation initiatives.Prepare and submit Business Cases for new Inventory (bottles, racks and coolers).Personal Impact:Drive positive impact with stakeholders.Must be able to years’ experience across multiple supply chain disciplines and with firsthand customer management experience.Demonstrated record of driving value and productivity.Demonstrated experience with ERM/SAP/MSD software.Intermediate to expert level in S&OP process.Ability to manage relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders and all levels.A thorough understanding and demonstrated leadership in the application of Lean principles that removes waste, eliminates inefficiencies, and improves processes.You have a proven track record in negotiation.You persevere and are
