Location: Join a multi-skilled networking and digital infrastructure team working with enterprise equipment and monitoring tools. Perform ICT infrastructure management, service delivery and support of the Agency's statewide Health ICT network infrastructure assets, using contemporary IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices to ensure continuity of service delivery. Undertake research, analysis and technical activities required to design, develop, commission, maintain, administer and support both in-house and externally provided IT network and communication services.
The role: Perform ICT infrastructure management, service delivery and support of the Agency's statewide Health ICT network infrastructure assets, using contemporary IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices to ensure continuity of service delivery. Undertake research, analysis and technical activities required to design, develop, commission, maintain, administer and support both in-house and externally provided IT network and communication services. The Team: The team is multi-skilled working with, but not limited to, the monitoring of Cisco and Meraki network equipment, Schneider power and cooling technologies, supporting PANDUIT structured cabling products to support a myriad of IoT devices, clinical and medical devices, and standard enterprise and clinical applications.
Details of appointment: Permanent, full time, day worker (with on-call) position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. Fixed term, full time, day worker (with on-call) position working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until November 2025. *notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $95,393 to $100,067 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
