About The RoleEnergyAustralia is seeking a highly motivated, organised and detail focused Team Coordinator to join our Technology team.
This Team has grown and is integral to the Clean Energy Transformation that the energy space is moving in.ResponsibilitiesIn this pivotal role you will provide support to members of the Technology Leadership Team and their broader business units, reporting into the EA for the CIO.
Your responsibilities will include:Extensive diary management, and day-to-day assistance for busy 'Heads of'Coordination of meetings, workshops and department forums for the wider teamsBuilding effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders, acting as a point of escalation for administrative issuesTravel bookings and coordinationCompletion of expensesBuilding and maintaining SharePoint sitesSupporting the coordination of Townhalls and EventsAttending leadership meetings, documenting actions and proactively following up on action points.Ad hoc project coordination and preparation of documentation as requiredThis is a unique opportunity to enjoy an important role within a critical area of our business.
