About the role:
* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers.
* Conducting thorough inspections to identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
* Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake replacements.
* Utilising diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues accurately.
* Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
* Providing exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
Who we're looking for:
* Heavy Vehicle Technician qualification.
* Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy vehicles, particularly trucks.
* Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems in heavy vehicles.
* Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software.
* Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
