The Role
As a CRM Manager with a focus on Database and Automation, you will oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of customer retention and continuity campaigns at Audika. This role involves leveraging database segmentation and automation tools to design efficient customer journeys, optimise campaign performance, and drive engagement through targeted, automated workflows.
Responsibilities
* Achieve CRM financial goals, supporting reforecasting and budgets.
* Develop and optimise CRM strategies to exceed revenue targets.
* Use Microsoft CRM to improve campaign automation and processes.
* Manage retention campaigns from planning to results analysis.
* Provide data insights to enhance automation and decision-making.
* Work with the Contact Centre to boost channel performance and reduce costs.
* Collaborate across teams to improve retention and database segmentation.
About You
Expertise in Direct Marketing, Lead Generation, and CRM activation with skills in consumer journeys and database segmentation.
Strong communication, analytical abilities, and knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
4+ years of CRM campaign experience with success in direct response marketing and multi-channel strategies.
Preferred experience in Retail, Insurance, Financial Services, or Healthcare marketing.
