The successful applicant will ideally show the professional knowledge, practices, and experience to deliver an engaging and relevant secondary school curriculum. The successful applicant should have the ability to work collaboratively to plan and implement effective teaching and learning plans. Applicants will ideally provide excellence in creating and maintaining supportive and safe learning environment and provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve their highest potential. A willingness to teach across multiple learning areas, though predominantly in HASS, is desirable.

Dalwallinu is situated 250 kilometres north of Perth on the Great Northern Highway and is part of the Wheatbelt Education Region.
