You will possess the capability to instruct and oversee the following core tasks of the Principal Surveyor including: Provide professional advice to our valued clients on land tenure matters Manage and coordinate land surveying activities across the project lifecycle including:Accurate cadastral boundary establishment and control surveys Feature surveys Lot precalculation As-constructed surveys and deliverables Preparation of Deposited Plans of subdivision & Strata Plans Liaison with local authorities, MRWA, Water Corporation, DPLH, WAPC Ability to review engineering designs and consultant reports to understand how they impact the development and titling process Understanding of Western Australian legislation, regulations, and agency land development processes Workforce planning and scheduling Budget control and invoicing Networking, building and maintaining client relationships HSEMS and QMS Management Tendering and fee proposals Ability to problem solve, collaborate and prioritise workflows to meet critical path expectations Desired Skills and Experience We are seeking candidates for 2x Project Manager roles with knowledge and experience in the Land Development industry and preferably with knowledge of surveying.
