We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team and drive the function across our varied services.
Our Procurement function has benefited from strong capability and knowledge to create a solid foundation, which you will benefit from, and on which you will be able to continue to build our function.
You will have the ability to think strategically about next steps to support and bring the business on the journey.
Some of the ways you'll make a difference: Build strong relationships within the business and with our suppliers Enhance our procurement processes with best practices Lead a team and use your well-developed people leadership skills Negotiate on contracts ensuring the best outcome for Benetas and our suppliers Data analysis and produce robust forecasts To help you achieve this, ideally you'll have: Demonstrated experience leading a procurement function Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to gain positive outcomes A natural stakeholder management skillset that drives results Knowledge of healthcare is required Degree qualified in related field Why work with us?
