About the Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for some casuals to join our monitoring centre team here at Securecorp head office – Mulgrave
Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance completing alarm and emergency service response to our clients.
Successful candidates must be available for training Monday - Friday business hours for the first 3 weeks of the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will have the chance to:
* Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV
* Identification of potential incidents
* Attending to high volume of outbound / inbound call
* Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients
* Incident reporting
* Occasional Data Entry
* Able to work in a Team Environment
Key Selection Criteria
We’re looking for candidates who:
* MUST hold a current Monitoring Licence
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience in customer service and/or security/monitoring
* Ability to assess potential for incidents and risk mitigation
* Compiling and completing reports in a timely manner
* Excellent communication & written skills
* Mature outlook to your work
* Proficient in PC skills for report writing
* Intermediate keyboard & computer skills
* Australian Drivers Licence
Candidates with proven experience in Patriot alarm monitoring software will be highly regarded, however this is NOT essential.
