About the Role BOQ Group is expanding, and we're looking for a talented Change Operational Communications to join our team in Brisbane.
In this role, you'll be responsible for executing communications activities and experiences to engage bankers and stakeholders in change, supporting teams to influence positive change adoption through the Group's transformation journey.
You'll ensure the successful implementation and measurement of change communications plans to achieve increases in key metrics across change readiness, effectiveness, and adoption.
Additionally, you'll deliver operational communications and incident communications plans, ensuring consistent and predictable messages are delivered through established channels.
Your stakeholder management is important to us, as you'll work collaboratively with various teams across the bank, including the Enterprise Change Management Team, Group Communications Team, Frontline Distribution Teams, and Retail and Business Banking Division Teams.
This role involves supporting the Group's Incident Communications Plan, including participation in the communication team's 24/7 on-call roster to respond to issues and incidents.About you We're looking for a strong writer with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, experienced in delivering change communications activities in varied organisations.
Alternatively, if you have a degree in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing, with experience in key organisational communications tools and platforms this role is for you.
