Job Title: Chef De Partie
The Role Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are seeking a talented individual with a strong background in fine dining to join our renowned restaurant, UMA.
As a key member of the kitchen team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to menu specifications, recipes, and Hotel Safe Food & Hygiene Standards.
* Ensure standards of presentation, quality, and portion control are maintained as per the outlets menu presentation folder, recipes, and guidelines provided by the chef in charge.
* Assist in menu development, contributing fresh ideas and creating innovative, seasonal dishes.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the immediate work area and the kitchen as a whole, adhering to cleaning practices and Hotel Safe Food & Hygiene Standards.
* Manage inventory, ensuring proper stock rotation to maintain freshness and minimize wastage.
